or Stress Points and Stress Squares Description:
Plastic squares or circles change color as temperature of the skin
warms up or cools down. Peel off paper and the adhesive back will
stick to skin, or letter, or photo ID, or other surface.
Pro: Cheap, easy to use and understand.
Con:
Only measures 10 degrees. No actual number measurement for record
keeping or understanding stress more accurately.

Glass tube that is glued and stapled to a small card with the end
sticking out. Can tape to finger or hold between fingertips.
Pro:
Affordable, easy to use and understand. You can read Full range
of temperature and you have a number reading to write down 72, 86,

Con:
Glass tube can break. Handle with care. Not recommended for use
with children. NON - TOXIC red oil based liquid inside.
