"HELP" REQUESTED BY STUDENTS" Mrs. Lowenstein, can you get this stress stuff into the school, PLEASE?" This plea came from 3 girls in a Brownie troop who had tension headaches at school EVERY DAY. After 10 min. of doing a relaxation exercise, all their headaches were gone at every meeting.

USING PAIN TO FEEL BETTER I was sitting on a chair playing my computer when I banged my knee on the wheel. It was a throbbing pain! So I took a deep breath and visualized that my knee felt normal. PRE-SCHOOLER KNOWS WHAT TO DO Megan Vickery, 3 yrs., who is learning stress management skills, ran to her 7 yr. old brother's rescue when he got hurt. "Remember what to do, Ben....BREATHE!!!
